The challenge of our support is to help children and young people from 6 to 25 years to look into the future and become aware of their own potential. This is what Ardian does every day with the entrepreneurs of its portfolio companies, which is why Ardian employees feel they can legitimately provide this support. In concrete terms, human support takes several forms:
personalized mentoring: methodological support, moral support to gain self-confidence, academic and professional guidance.
training sessions in communication techniques, public speaking, interview techniques, etc.
conferences, public interventions, animation of round tables, etc.
cultural outings, sports events in common, etc. A large number of Ardian employees are involved in this support, but also people from the Ardian ecosystem (companies in portfolio, law firms, banks, consulting firms, partners)

The Ardian Foundation manages an annual budget that it distributes to its partner charities to help them fulfill their mission to the audiences targeted by the Ardian Foundation :
access to education: finance essential infrastructure for academic learning, especially in remote areas of major cities.
Access to culture: for children in particular, introduce them to classical culture through exhibitions, educational workshops, concerts, etc.
scholarships / housing: to enable the most disadvantaged children and students to pursue their studies peacefully or to promote their international mobility.
Our partnerships with associations are set up over time to have a real impact of the Foundation on the future of the beneficiary populations.
