The 3,2,1 Program
The 3,2,1 program is a social entrepreneurship project launched by the Foundation in May 2017. Led by Eugène-Henri Moré (director of the program, ENID3), this project's objective is to support unemployed entrepreneurs from modest backgrounds in the start of their business.
At the end of this free program, the future entrepreneurs present their project to the Investment Committee of 3,2,1, of which Dominique Senequier, President of Ardian, is a member.
In 2019, for the second edition of the program, more than €90,000 in grants were awarded to the 8 3,2,1 winners to launch their businesses.
